In this role you drive modernization and cloud-native transformation for AWS’s strategic ISV customers in EMEA. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable cloud outcomes, guiding customers through AWS adoption and large-scale migration programs. You bring hands-on Agentic AI and GenAI expertise to shape prototypes and customer demos, while leveraging a product-minded approach to co-create roadmaps and monetization. You’ll work closely with executives to ensure impactful, secure solutions and a great customer experience.

Responsibilities
Lead large-scale customer programs and migrations with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services)
Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions and educational/governance plans
Deliver executive briefings, roadmaps, and go-live events to drive cloud adoption and business outcomes
evangelize AWS services and influence customer adoption through trusted advisory and delivery excellence
Co-design customer roadmaps from ideation to production-scale monetization, including governance and education plans
Drive delivery excellence, change management, and stakeholder buy-in across organizations
Provide customer-facing leadership and thought leadership to evolve AI/GenAI solutions in customer contexts
Balance technical delivery with business value, ensuring secure and robust cloud architectures
Key requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with extensive delivery experience
Experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with measurable benefits
Customer-facing experience engaging executives, technologists, or partners
Enterprise-scale infrastructure or cloud development programs in related industries
Experience leading complex AI/GenAI/Agentic business transformations
Senior-level customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Expertise in delivering or consulting on SaaS products and multi-tenant architectures
Knowledge of driving multi-year cloud adoption journeys and governance
