Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end delivery for the UKGI Public Sector portfolio, owning revenue outcomes, utilization, and customer value at the executive level. You lead Delivery Practice Managers and align cross-functional teams to strategic goals, shaping transformation roadmaps and partner models. You will build enduring C-level relationships and ensure governance across pre-sales, delivery, and post-implementation stages. Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across the Delivery organization and direct Delivery Practice Managers
• Ensure delivery of market-leading solutions that exceed customer and partner satisfaction targets
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and portfolio optimization
• Partner with ProServe Account Executives to shape transformative customer outcomes
• Own the P&L with accountability for team growth, performance, and utilization targets
• Serve as senior escalation authority for Sales and Delivery across pre-sales, engagements, and governance
• Define and execute the strategic vision for UKGI Public Sector delivery with measurable outcomes

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards
• Knowledge of IaaS cloud transition challenges
• Experience with consulting practice leadership and P&L management (team size 50+)
• Experience with enterprise architecture including virtualization and distributed systems
• 10+ years IT and/or Management Consulting/Services, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
