Overview

In this role you will support the HR team across the end-to-end employee lifecycle within the UK insurance sector. You will aid training delivery, compensation and benefits administration, performance processes, and employee engagement while handling sensitive information. You’ll report HR data and work closely with various departments as a trusted business partner. The position offers hybrid work and a clear path to influence people practices at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR practices across the employee lifecycle
• Coordinate training needs and delivery for new joiners and existing staff
• Assist administration of compensation and benefits
• Support performance management from target setting to reviews
• Support employee engagement initiatives and survey reporting
• Handle employment relations and sensitive information
• Manage HR data and regular reporting
• Answer HR policy queries and prepare employment letters
• Maintain cross-department collaboration and act as a trusted partner
• Carry out additional tasks as required

Key requirements

• Mandarin to native level
• Relevant degree or qualification
• Strong HR experience across the employment lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Team player with flexible, adaptable approach
• Approachable with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Experience with HR data/system management is an advantage
• Eligible to work in the UK with ability to provide supporting documentation
• Carry out other tasks as required
