Investment Associate (Digital Infrastructure)

Overview

In this role you will support the European investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing digital infrastructure deals. You will build financial models, perform due diligence, and help structure transactions while collaborating with portfolio companies to drive value. You’ll present investment materials to committees and stakeholders, contributing to high-profile cross-border transactions. Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, evaluation and execution of investments across European digital infrastructure sectors
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Conduct commercial, technical, and financial due diligence
• Assist in structuring transactions and managing end-to-end deal processes
• Work closely with portfolio companies to drive operational and strategic initiatives
• Prepare investment committee materials and stakeholder presentations

Key requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, or investment banking
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Demonstrated interest in digital infrastructure (data centres, fibre, towers, edge)
• Excellent academic background
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• European language skills are advantageous
