In this role you partner with strategic ClickUp customers to implement, expand, and mature usage of the platform. You lead complex SaaS transformations, design scalable workflows, and drive adoption and value realization across multiple business units. You identify automation and AI opportunities, guiding governance, architecture, and rollout. You collaborate across teams to deliver measurable outcomes and scalable delivery patterns in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Lead complex implementations and transformations from discovery to rollout and ongoing optimization
Diagnose current-state workflows and design scalable future-state solutions in ClickUp
Guide governance, architecture, and rollout planning across multiple teams or business units
Drive adoption, value realization, and account health with stakeholders
Identify risks and build recovery or acceleration plans using usage signals and feedback
Design scalable automation and AI use cases within ClickUp solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (Success, Sales, Product, Support) to keep customer work moving
Provide clear customer-facing viewpoints in strategic reviews and enablement discussions
Key requirements
Experience in a customer-facing post-sale role (Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or similar)
Proven success leading complex SaaS implementations or strategic enablement programs with multiple stakeholders
Strong workflow and process design instincts to translate ambiguous needs into scalable solutions
Excellent communication with hands-on operators and executive stakeholders
Strong judgment in ambiguous environments with momentum through change
Ownership mindset and track record of driving outcomes
