Overview

In this role you will drive new business opportunities from a warm leads list and help grow the sales funnel. You will work closely with Sales Management and Back Office to generate quality leads and keep data accurate. The role is fully office-based in Perth with a strong earning potential, including monthly bonuses and an early Friday finish. You’ll build relationships, ask insightful questions, and advance opportunities through structured conversations and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to businesses using an existing leads database
Build rapport and conduct effective fact-finding conversations
Gather and record key business information accurately
Identify potential sales opportunities and generate qualified leads
Update internal systems and databases with information collected
Follow up on previous conversations and maintain ongoing relationships
Collaborate with Sales Management and Back Office teams
Manage your pipeline and ensure all activity is recorded accurately

Key requirements

Confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, telesales, or business development would be advantageous
Organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and asking probing questions
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work effectively as part of a team
