You will work within the commercial team to deliver robust financial control across multiple projects, contributing to quality-focused homebuilding across the UK. Responsibilities

• Manage costs and commercial activities on multiple concurrent new-build residential projects
• Maintain strong cost control, budgeting, and reporting
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor management to protect commercial outcomes
• Support autonomous project delivery and align with project timelines and quality targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize value and risk management

Key requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with a reputable housebuilder
• New build residential project experience essential
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects
• Excellent all-round commercial skills
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Degree qualification preferred (ideally)
