Practice Engagement Manager S&F

Overview

As Practice Engagement Manager, you will drive sales growth for Supply Chain Transformation and outsourcing services by partnering with cross-functional experts to win new business and amplify value for existing clients. You’ll engage CSCOs and GBS leaders, shaping advisory solutions and governance for large-scale transformations. You will help position Infosys as a trusted partner through thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration, delivering impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with CSCOs, CXOs and GBS leaders to secure alignment with Infosys solutions
• Serve as a trusted transformation partner for CXOs and help them achieve strategic objectives
• Co-lead transformation bids with Sales anchor ensuring proposal quality and competitiveness
• Participate in senior governance for transformation projects to ensure successful delivery
• Create and deliver high-quality webinars and whitepapers to showcase thought leadership
• Coach and mentor junior bid-team members and develop their skills
• Participate in or lead cross-functional initiatives to support unit goals

Key requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering with 15+ years of experience or MBA with 13+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of the Sales and Fulfilment/GBS transformation landscape and trends
• Proven CSCO advisory experience and delivering value-added outcomes
• Strong understanding of digital/AI solutions in Supply Chain/GBS
• Ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
