Trading Application Support – Commodities / Fixed Income

Responsibilities

• Support desktop technology and market data applications
• Handle calls and manage issues through to resolution, including escalations
• Create technical docs, tests, and knowledge base entries
• Suggest improvements for current tech and future deployments
• Identify and help automate infrastructure and trading processes

Key requirements

• Experience in application support for Fixed Income or Commodities
• Recent experience (within the last year) in a bank, broker, or buy-side institution
• Computer Science or STEM degree
• Trade floor support of trading applications
• PC hardware/software troubleshooting and desktop deployment
• Citrix infrastructure and applications support
• Remote location support capability
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 2016/365
• Webex/Zoom/Skype for Business including video and screen sharing
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong customer service
