Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SHEQ standards per client policies in daily duties
• Follow established processes and ways of working to safeguard project controls
• Represent the company professionally to uphold its high reputation
• Support cost management and procurement for residential projects up to £20m

Key requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in quantity surveying
• BSc degree in quantity surveying or relevant construction qualification
• RICS membership is required
• Residential developer experience
• Strong data and MS Office skills (Excel, Access)
• CSCS card at an appropriate level
• Driving licence desirable
• Line management skills desirable
