Responsibilities
Manage a diverse commercial disputes caseload (contracts, shareholder, JV disputes)
Prepare and negotiate high-value settlements
Advise clients across a range of disputes, including international elements
Support matters from pre-action through trial, including injunctions and enforcement actions
Assist with cross-border litigation and international arbitration where applicable
Key requirements
12+ months' experience handling a broad range of commercial disputes
Experience with shareholder disputes, pre-action to trial, injunctions, and restrictive covenants
Experience on high-profile matters for national clients
Experience in cross-border litigation and some international arbitration
Experience within reputable national or regional law firms
