You lead a high-performing FlexiPay sales team to accelerate top-of-funnel outbound, optimize conversion, and raise daily performance. You’ll coach through live interactions, analyze funnel metrics, and implement scalable sales strategies. Responsibilities
Motivate and performance-manage the team to hit targets
Run 1:1s with direct reports using metrics and funnel analytics
Design, implement and iterate high-impact sales strategies using performance data
Be an active floor coach through shadowing, role-playing, and goal setting
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to move the team forward
Identify and implement Generative AI tools and modern sales software to streamline workflows
Collaborate with other departments to roll out new initiatives
Use CRM dashboards and analytics to track performance and provide pipeline insights to leadership
Champion best-practice initiatives and ensure internal controls across the floor
Participate in onboarding and day-to-day interviewing for new hires
Key requirements
Proven experience in high-volume sales leadership or senior player-coach role
Skilled at analysing conversion metrics and performance trends to develop strategies
Proactive with ideas to improve team performance
Focused on process optimization and continuous improvement
Comfortable with Generative AI and modern sales tools to automate workflows
Strong relationship builder with excellent cross-functional collaboration
