Commercial Property Solicitor - 3+ Years PQE

Overview

In this role you will handle a diverse commercial property caseload within a growing Bath team, delivering commercially-minded advice to high-net-worth clients, developers and business owners. You will lead transactions, support junior colleagues, and contribute to business development while maintaining high standards of client care. Responsibilities

• Manage diverse, high-quality commercial property caseload
• Advise on conveyancing, landlord/tenant, acquisitions, development schemes, option agreements, enfranchisement, leases, guarantees, indemnities, asset transfers and security
• Provide commercially-focused advice to a range of clients
• Lead on transactions and mentor junior team members
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent client care
• Contribute to business development and departmental growth
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm
• Maintain organisation, attention to detail and regulatory compliance

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work under pressure under tight deadlines
• Team-focused with ability to mentor others
• Ambitious and commercially aware with progression into senior leadership
• Experience in general commercial law or contentious matters is welcome but not essential
• Comfortable with modern IT systems and adopting new technologies
