Senior Project Manager

Overview

In this role you lead transformational change within a fast-evolving financial services environment. You will drive end-to-end delivery across digital, product, and regulatory initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients. You’ll work on wealth and investment platform transformation, balancing strategic and operational delivery at scale. This position anchors Servaada’s growth agenda and offers the chance to shape major programmes that impact customers and regulators. You will apply your leadership to deliver outcomes and adoption across complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives
• Lead digital and mobile platform enhancements
• Drive product and proposition development
• Oversee regulatory and compliance-driven change
• Manage cross-functional technology transformation programmes
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Risk & Compliance and senior stakeholders
• Mobilisation through to implementation and business adoption

Key requirements

• Senior Project Manager with experience in Financial Services
• Proven track record delivering complex business and technology change programmes, including Agile delivery
• Experience delivering product, proposition and digital transformation initiatives
• Expertise in project planning, governance, RAID management, financial management, stakeholder management and delivery execution
• Comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Experience working with Product Owners, Developers and Operational teams
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
