Senior Product Manager - Banking

Overview

In this role you will own and grow key banking and payments products within a City of London fintech. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, compliance, and operations to drive data-led decisions. The focus is on SME banking, payments, and regulated financial products, including cards, onboarding/KYB, and payment rails. This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on regulatory awareness and delivering customer-centric financial services at scale. You will help shape product strategy and execution in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Key requirements

• Product Management experience in fintech
• Strong understanding of SME banking, payments, and money movement
• Experience building regulated financial products (accounts, onboarding/KYB, payment rails)
• Cards experience is a must
• Good knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape
• Data-led approach and ability to work across product, engineering, compliance, and operations
