A national, Chartered Surveying consultancy is seeking a client facing Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with MRICS aspirations, to join their Manchester office.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside a Quantity Surveying Director on an array of projects across the Northwest including healthcare, residential and commercial.

The Director is seeking an intermediate Quantity Surveyor who has experience in a client facing environment, and is comfortable running a project or two independently, whilst supporting on larger, more complex projects.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
PQS / Consultancy background
MRICS or working towards
Pre and post contract experience
Driving licence
