Children's Registered Manager

Maplewood Recruitment are working closely with a new residential children's home based in North West London to support up to two vulnerable young people from the ages of 11-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviours.

Main requirements:

• To successfully register with Ofsted.
• Comply with safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times and promote an honest and open culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all regulations and standards at all times.
• Grow a staff team that are experienced in supporting vulnerable young people.

Requirements:

• Have experience in a management role within a residential children's home for at least 2 years within the last 5 years.
• Current or previously held a registration with Ofsted as a Registered Manager
• Have an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care / Leadership and Management
