Monday to Friday | Curtain-Side Work | Temp 2 Perm

£17.00 PAYE can be rolled up to include holiday pay

Essential Workforce is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for regular, ongoing general haulage curtain-side work.

This is an excellent opportunity for Class 1 drivers looking for permanent work.

The Role

• Class 1 curtain-side general haulage
• Deliveries and collections across the UK
• 1 role is Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday hour shifts
• 1 role is Monday to Friday 1000 starts trunking
• Curtain-side vehicles
• Strapping and securing loads
• Completing daily vehicle checks
• Completing relevant paperwork
• Ensuring loads are transported safely and securely
• Working within Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations

Requirements

• Valid C+E (Class 1) licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous curtain-side/general haulage experience preferred
• Confident with strapping and load security
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• Professional and reliable approach
