Groundworker

Simply Recruitment require Groundworkers for a nuclear power plant scheme in Chester.

This is a long term opportunity for experienced groundworkerswith a strong background in groundworks, earthworks and civil engineering, ideally with previous experience working on power stations or energy infrastructure projects.

You should already hold nuclear SC clearance or be willing to go through the vetting procedure therefore you will be required to provide full details of work history & home addresses for the last 5 years & be able to pass a DBS check.

The Role:

• Carrying out day to day civils, earthworks and groundworks activities
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to specification
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience and a strong background in groundworks and civil engineering
• Substation, HV, utilities or energy infrastructure experience is highly desirable
• CSCS
• Dumper / Roller
• Nuclear Clearance
