As part of DHL Group, the world's leading logistics company, we combine innovation, technology and brilliant people to deliver solutions that make a real impact. Join us and you'll discover opportunities to learn, grow and build a career without limits.

What is the programme?

The programme provides exciting placement opportunities for graduates to experience working on and managing medium to large projects, in line with DHL project management methodology to achieve real, successful project delivery. While you'll specialise in Project Management, you'll spend time understanding our operations firsthand, working closely with colleagues across warehouse, transport and customer environments to help deliver solutions that support the day-to-day running of the operation.

What will I be doing?

• Manage the planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of live projects.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and status reports to support successful project delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Build the skills to gather feedback from key stakeholders and use it to inform project progress and decision-making.

• Provide accurate reporting at key project milestones, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively with colleagues, customers and project teams.

• Gain a Professional Qualification in Project Management.

What skills do I need?

We're not expecting you to have everything figured out from day one. We're looking for people with the potential to grow and develop throughout the programme.

• Stakeholder Management: You'll enjoy building relationships and working with a variety of people, balancing different priorities to deliver successful outcomes.

• Communication: You're happy sharing ideas, providing updates, and adapting your communication style to suit different audiences.

• Analytical Thinking: You can break down complex challenges, assess information, and use data to support decisions.

• Commercial Awareness: You have an interest in how businesses operate and understand the importance of delivering value for customers.

• Initiative: You're proactive, take ownership of your work, and look for opportunities to make a positive impact.

• Resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay focused under pressure, and can adapt when priorities change.

• Passion for Project Management: You're excited by the idea of planning, organising and delivering projects, with a genuine interest in building a career in project delivery within logistics and supply chain.
