We are looking for that special person to work a duel role between Care Coordinator and Supervisor, This means you will be based in the office and in the community.

As a Care Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: -

The scheduling of carer rotas, ensuring visits are efficiently coordinated taking customer preferences, locations and staff availability into account.

Ensuring that holiday, sickness and emergency calls are efficiently covered and all affected parties communicated with.

Keeping the internal IT systems updated with changes in carers on an ongoing basis.

Managing carers annual leave whilst ensuring sufficient and consistent carers cover for customers.

Ensuring carers induction, training, supervision and appraisal is rostered effectively.

Assisting the Manager in conducting carer supervisions and probation reviews.

As a Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: -

Supporting the Care team with regular compliance checks, Direct Observations, Competencies, Supervisions.

Helping set up new customers care plans and reviews.

Keeping the internal IT systems updated with changes in customers on an ongoing basis.

Regular audits and customer compliance.

You`ll also be part of the On-Call Rota

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years domiciliary care experience, with strong planning and organisational skills and a great communicator.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000.

Working hours are 35 per week, plus On Call support
