The Role

Were looking for a Large Format Print Operator to join our Bristol team on our evening shift, working 3:30pm until Midnight.

Working alongside another member of the team, youll play an important part in making sure customer orders are produced accurately, efficiently and to the high standards Hobs is known for.

Youll work closely with our Production team to organise and plan workloads, as well as communicating with the day team to ensure a smooth handover between shifts.

Ideally, youll have at least one years experience within large format print, but this isnt essential. If you have the right attitude, an eye for detail and a willingness to learn, wed still love to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating, importing and pre-pressing files using PrintFactory
• Printing using large-format flatbed and roll-fed printers
• Laminating and finishing large-format work
• Organising print workloads alongside the Production team
• Cutting, weeding and applying cut vinyl graphics
• Operating equipment including Znd G3 L-2500, Arizona 480 GT, Colorado 1650 M5 and Summa S160
• Ensuring every job is completed accurately and to a high standard
• Communicating effectively with the day team to ensure seamless shift handovers

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who is reliable, organised and takes real pride in the quality of their work.

Youll ideally have:

• At least 1 years' experience in large format print
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence working to tight deadlines in a busy environment
• A practical, flexible approach to solving problems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
