Job Summary

Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Supervisor to join our clients team in Coalville, Leicestershire.

In this role, youll be responsible for overseeing an Electrical Bias Engineer within a busy, client-facing commercial building. Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, maintaining high standards of service, compliance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills and the ability to confidently engage with both clients and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Electrical Bias Engineer on site.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and building services operations.
• Ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance is completed to a high standard.
• Act as a key point of contact for the client and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure all health & safety, compliance and statutory requirements are met.
• Manage contractors and coordinate site works when required.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Complete reports, maintenance records and relevant site documentation.
• Complying with SFG20
• Record Keeping / Logbooks

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Level 2 or 3 Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing Studies
• 5 years experience in a similar position
• Strong building services experience
• Right to work in the UK
