The role of the SHEQ Manager Precast Concrete Manufacturing will involve:

SHEQ Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental and quality standards across the production of precast concrete systems

Ensure products consistently meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations

Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices

Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed with robust corrective actions

The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ Manager Precast Concrete Manufacturing with:

Must have experience in a Health and Safety Manager, SHEQ or equivalent position

Ideally have experience in the manufacturing industry

Must have NEBOSH qualification

Experienced in all areas of Health and Safety maintaining policies, assessing risks, training, audits and inspection, dealing with incidents and reporting

Knowledge of BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards in a heavy production environment

CMIOSH accreditation would be highly advantageous

Excellent relationship management skills

Must be an excellent communicator and leader
