The Role
As Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, help motivate the team and ensure customers receive a great experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management team with the daily running of the store
- Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting sales and KPI performance
- Coaching and supporting team members
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Supporting stock management and operational tasks
- Taking responsibility for the store when required
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Keyholder or Senior Sales Assistant within retail
- A passion for customer service and delivering great experiences
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A commercial approach and understanding of sales targets and KPIs
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the front
- The confidence to support and motivate a team
- A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle or customer-focused retail
