Leading our Finance Department , youll be at the heart of the Colleges strategic and commercial decision-making . Working closely with the Vice Principal Finance and Corporate Services, youll drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting , providing the insight and challenge needed to make the most of our resources and support sustainable growth . Youll lead and develop a talented team, oversee management and year-end accounts, strengthen financial systems and controls , and ensure robust compliance across the College. From evaluating the financial viability of new programmes and apprenticeships to overseeing project costs and presenting to Corporation committees, youll bring financial expertise , commercial thinking and a focus on continuous improvement.
