Damp and Mould Operative

Join a well-established social housing contractor on a permanent contract as a Skilled Labourer , covering the WC postcode areas of London.
I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in damp and mould treatment, property maintenance or social housing and has a full UK driving license.
As a Skilled Labourer, you will be:
Attending customer properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues
Assessing the type and severity of mould and applying appropriate treatment
Advising customers on prevention and ongoing maintenance
Recording visits, treatments and materials used
Working safely and in line with health & safety regulations
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Previous damp and mould treatment experience
Experience working within domestic properties
Social housing or property maintenance experience
Good communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and manage your workload
A full UK driving licence
The Skilled Labourer role is offering:
£28,000 per year plus £3,000 starting bonus
Company van and fuel card
35 days annual leave including bank holidays
Option to buy and sell annual leave
Overtime opportunities
Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours
Tools, uniform, iPad, mobile phone and PPE provided

This role covers the WC1X postcode areas of London, working across domestic properties. A company van and fuel card are provided.
