Legal Entity Reporting Project Manager Capital Markets We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support Legal Entity Reporting and Finance transformation activity within a major Capital Markets programme. This role requires someone who combines strong project delivery capability with a good understanding of Finance, Financial Control and/or Legal Entity Reporting within an Investment Banking environment. Key Responsibilities Manage delivery across Legal Entity Reporting and Finance workstreams. Own project plans, milestones, risks, issues, actions and dependencies. Coordinate delivery across Finance, Change, Technology and business stakeholders. Support changes to financial reporting processes, systems, data and controls. Manage project governance and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. Track delivery against key programme milestones and escalate risks where required. Translate Finance requirements into clear project deliverables. Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams within a complex change environment. Key Experience Strong Project Management experience within Investment Banking / Capital Markets. Experience delivering Finance Transformation, Financial Reporting, Legal Entity Reporting or Financial Control change. Good understanding of banking Finance processes. Strong project governance, RAID management and planning experience. Experience delivering across business, Finance and Technology teams. Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
