The Role Executive Search Consultant

As an Executive Search Consultant, youll play a pivotal role in supporting senior consultants and driving successful executive placements. This dynamic role includes:

• Conducting ongoing market research to develop expertise in specific candidate groups and industry trends.
• Assisting on senior-level assignments , including market mapping and identifying potential candidates.
• Engaging with candidates , managing outreach, and attending interviews with consultants.
• Participating in client meetings to understand briefs, present shortlists, and contribute to the conclusion of executive searches.
