Package : £50k-£55k + £20k OTE (Uncapped), Company Car/Car Allowance, Laptop, Mobile, Pension, Healthcare, Company Credit Card, Fuel Card & 25 days holiday + bank

The Role of the Territory Manager

• Selling a range of Endoscope Washer disinfectors & Endoscope storage/dryer containers & associated consumables

• Selling to Endoscope leads/decontamination leads/estate managers/FM's/Procurement - Multi-Tiered sales

• Replacement/Project based business so lead times can be anything from 3 months - 3 years

• AOV - £350K-£400K per project with some pieces of kit costing £70k and can have multiple units in an order

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with the objective to increase the install base

• Development & maintenance of sales pipeline

• Development of alternative purchasing options i.e. pay per use models

• Covering South Wales, Gloucestershire, Avon & Somerset, Wilshire, Devon & Cornwall

The Ideal Person for the Sales Account Manager

• Must have medical capital sales experience.
• Used to dealing with multiple people to win a sale.

• Ideally with experience in endoscopy capital equipment but will consider other big ticket medical devices sales

• Used to dealing with NHS buying process and NHS procurement processes

• Relationship building/interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of the NHS structure
