Job Description As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll be responsible for:· Winning and growing client relationships through business development and consultative account management.· Attracting, assessing and engaging top talent through targeted sourcing and networking.· Developing market expertise and building a specialist recruitment proposition.· Collaborating with a high-performing team to share knowledge and achieve results.· Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
