Job ID: 5624Salary: up to 65,000 plus packageLocation: LondonRegion: LondonSenior Site Manager –London – up to 65,000 plus package.My client is a highly respected UK national residential developer specialising in new build developments within London and the Home Counties.Job description & ResponsibilitiesMy client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a strong Senior Site Manager for their new flag ship RC frame residential project in Central London.The developments consist of luxury apartments ranging from Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and require a strong team to see the development through from the first phase onwards through to completion.Reporting to a Project Manager/Director, you will help oversee the development and will have Assistant/Site Managers reporting in to you.Key Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidates must have experience working for a residential developer on RC Frame schemes consisting of luxury high spec apartments from inception through completion.Candidates must have a valid CSCS Black Card (Desirable), SMSTS, first aid and a member of CIOB is desirable but not essential.If you are interested, apply today and send your CV across.
