In return, you’ll join a forward-thinking organisation offering long-term career development and an attractive benefits package.SalaryNegotiableBenefits33 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays)9% employer pension contribution (plus 5% employee contribution via salary exchange)Private medical coverIncome protection (75% of salary for up to 2 years due to long-term illness)Training & Development: On-the-job training and ongoing external development opportunitiesLocation and Working PatternGrangemouth | Hybrid working availableClient OverviewOur client is a well-established engineering services and solutions provider, committed to delivering safe and sustainable projects across the energy sector.ResponsibilitiesLead all commercial activities, covering estimating, cost management, planning and contracts managementSupervise and support contract teams including Estimating, Cost and Planning personnelCoordinate and escalate all commercial and contractual matters for approval in line with governance processesIdentify, monitor and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions where requiredEnsure compliance with agreed norms, delegation of authority and internal standards across all contract activitiesOversee planning and scheduling practices, including Work Breakdown Structures and codingReview project controls and schedule reports, applying lessons learned to improve outcomesManage reporting requirements and lead functional reviews with senior stakeholdersMust-have RequirementsDegree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experienceExtensive experience within Project Planning, Estimating and Cost ControlPrevious experience in a similar senior commercial role within EPC environmentsStrong understanding of engineering discipline interfaces, project management and constructionProficiency with planning softwareProven leadership capability, with experience managing and developing teamsNice-to-have SkillsFamiliarity with business systems implementation and process optimisationPrevious experience within oil & gas, renewables or related engineering sectorsApply NowIf you’re a commercially focused professional with EPC experience, we’d love to hear from you.
