Associate/Director Valuation

I’m working with a growing UK multi-disciplinary property consultancy that is continuing to strengthen its presence across Scotland.Following the development of its senior presence in the region, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor from Associate through to Director level to help grow its Glasgow operation.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong valuation and RICS reporting background who also wants genuine responsibility for business development and client relationships.Location: Glasgow / West ScotlandLevel: Associate – DirectorWorking: Hybrid / Remote FlexibilityThe RoleDeliver RICS-compliant valuation reports across commercial and/or residential assetsUndertake inspections, due diligence and market analysisManage lender / panel valuation instructionsBuild and develop client relationshipsIdentify and generate new businessWork alongside senior leadership to grow the Glasgow operationSupport and mentor junior team members where appropriateAbout YouMRICS / Chartered Surveyor with Registered Valuer statusStrong valuation and report-writing experienceCommercial and/or residential valuation backgroundLender panel experience preferredCommercially minded with strong client-facing skillsAble to operate with full autonomy and take ownership of your workloadGenuine appetite for business developmentFull UK driving licenceWhat's On OfferCompetitive salary + bonusHybrid / remote working flexibilitySignificant autonomy over workload, clients and diaryEstablished pipeline of lender / panel valuation workOpportunity to build your own client base and businessDirect exposure to senior leadershipClear progression through Associate, Associate Director and Director levelThis role would suit someone looking to combine technical valuation expertise with genuine commercial responsibility, while having the freedom to build relationships and make a real impact on a growing Glasgow operation.Interested?
