Lawyers advise financial institutions, corporates and individuals on complex financial products, regulatory investigations and commercial disputes, often involving cross-border litigation, urgent injunctive relief and asset tracing. The team delivers strategic, commercially-focussed advice which helps clients achieve their objectives through litigation and alternative dispute resolution.Our client is looking for an Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ solid commercial litigation experience (and an interest in finance and banking disputes) to join the growing London team.
