We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to play a key role within this growing business. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, influence standards, and help shape the company’s presence in the industry. The role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class solutions.Key Responsibilities
• Support the pre-construction process, including PQQs, tender submissions and contract negotiations
• Manage and develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders
• Oversee supply chain management, sourcing new subcontractors and suppliers while strengthening existing relationships
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure effective project delivery, handovers, and capture lessons learnedKey Skills & Experience
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience using Procore project management tools
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Technical Services Management or a similar role
• Strong written, presentation and board-level communication skillsPerson Specification
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks end-to-end
• Strong understanding of the construction sector
• Technically confident and quick to adopt new technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
• Ability to build long-term relationships across teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented team player with a collaborative mindset
