Specifically seeking strong professional who is looking to take on a new challenge support a developing team whilst reporting into the Technical Director.The company have a strong network and financial strength with technical expertise to undertake significant projects nationally.Key AttributesQualified as an Architect or Civil / Building Engineer or at a Construction related degree level or HNC/HND in a built environment subject with relevant experience.Good knowledge within residential sector and able to get the ground running.Self-motivated, proactive and be able to demonstrate ability to co-ordinate the design process unaided.5 years plus as Technical Manager working with a residential developer or main contractor.Delivered residential traditional build projects from inception through to completionCapable of running multiple residential projectsThe ability to communicate, plan meetings and strong management skills whilst dealing with multi discipline teams.Project management skills and a high level of computer literacyGood knowledge of the Planning Process, Building Regulations and NHBC StandardsIf you are an experience Technical/Design Manager and looking for an opportunity to be a part of a friendly hardworking environment with a desire to grow and add value to the business, please apply to this role with an up to date CV or call Sophie on
