Senior Business Development Consultant (Senior BDC)On-Target Earnings: £58,780The RoleAs a Senior BDC, you’ll operate at a higher level of ownership and consistency, managing a larger pipeline and converting higher-value opportunities.You’ll still be focused on winning new landlord business, but with increased expectations around deal quality, conversion rates, and commercial decision-making.This is a step toward management-level responsibility and progression into BDM.What You’ll DoBuild and manage a high-performing landlord pipelineGenerate consistent new business through inbound and outbound channelsMake commercially sound recommendations on service offeringPresent, negotiate, and close higher-value agreementsWork closely with operations to maximise deal outcomesMaintain accurate CRM and pipeline visibilityConsistently exceed monthly targetsWhat We’re Looking ForProven track record in sales, ideally within property or lettingsStrong negotiation and closing abilityConfident managing larger pipelines and more complex dealsHighly self-motivated and target-drivenStrong understanding of the lettings market (or ability to learn quickly)
