Private Client Solicitor | Birmingham | Regional Law FirmA well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Birmingham.This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client lawyer looking to join a firm with a strong reputation, loyal client base and a genuinely supportive working environment.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take responsibility for a varied caseload, build long-term relationships with clients and play an active role in the continued development of the Private Client team.The RoleYou will advise a broad range of private clients on a variety of matters, including:Wills and estate planningLasting Powers of AttorneyProbate and estate administrationTrusts and trust administrationInheritance Tax and succession planningEstate planning for high-net-worth individualsCourt of Protection matters where appropriateYou will have significant client contact and will be expected to provide clear, practical and personable advice, developing trusted relationships with clients and their families.The team works closely with other departments across the firm, providing opportunities to develop a strong network of internal relationships and offer a genuinely joined-up service to clients.The CandidateThe firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor who has solid experience across a broad range of private client work.You will ideally have:Experience advising on Wills, Probate and estate administrationA good understanding of trusts and estate planningExcellent client care and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilityA commercially aware and pragmatic approachThe ability to manage your own caseloadThe confidence to develop and maintain long-standing client relationshipsA collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider teamThe role would suit someone who is technically strong but also understands that Private Client is fundamentally about people and relationships.What's on Offer?This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected regional law firm in Birmingham with a strong client base and ambitious plans for continued growth.You will benefit from a supportive and friendly team, quality work and genuine opportunities for career progression.
