Personal Injury Solicitor (Legal Director), 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, 75,000+ (DOE) – This leading firm is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual who specialises in defendant casualty work, including both injury and non-injury cases. JOB REF: THE ROLE:• As part of this growing team, you will take on a diverse caseload covering a wide range of complex matters, including Casualty & Public Sector claims, abuse, utilities cases, Employer’s Liability & Public Liability claims and Product Liability cases• The supervision of more junior members of the team.SKILLS REQUIRED:• Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients at inquests.• Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently.• Proven experience managing a broad range of defendant abuse claims including, vicarious liability and public sector abuse and/or claims against social services professionals• An excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsON OFFER:• Flexible / hybrid working options• Competitive remuneration package• Genuine career progressionTo apply contact Penny Trotman at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
