This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading business change, managing delivery from scope through to completion, and working across multiple teams, including internationally, to achieve meaningful outcomes for the business.This is a chance to join a respected Insurance business in a role where you can influence change, improve delivery performance and help shape future ways of working. You'll have the opportunity to work at both a strategic and hands-on level while making a genuine impact.If you enjoy leading change, creating structure and bringing people together to deliver successful outcomes, this could be a great next step.You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are completed within agreed scope, time, cost and quality measures. Working closely with key stakeholders, technical leads and cross-functional teams, you will help shape new ways of working and lead the wider change initiatives across the business.What you'll be doing as a Change Delivery ManagerLeading end-to-end delivery across business change projectsDriving business change, particularly across technology-focused projectsLeading planning, tracking, reporting and change activity for senior managementWorking with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed scope, time, cost and qualitySupporting stakeholders, platform owners and technical leads to deliver key priorities and roadmapsIdentifying and managing risks, budgets, forecasts and overall project performanceBuilding strong relationships internally and externally to support successful deliveryYou will ideally have to be a Change Delivery ManagerExperience scoping, planning and delivering business change projects within an Insurance, Financial Services or Contact Centre environmentA proven track record of delivering change within technology-focused environmentsA strong understanding of organisational structures, operating models and ways of workingExperience across technical, financial, operational and people-related areasExperience including budgets, forecasting and cost controlExperience leading across multiple teams and managing a range of stakeholdersThe confidence to challenge the status quo and drive improvement
