COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, LEEDS, Develop Your Commercial Career Advising Leading Healthcare ClientsAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing team in Leeds, advising a broad range of clients operating within the healthcare sector.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial lawyer looking to work on a varied caseload, develop strong client relationships and gain exposure to interesting and complex commercial matters within a specialist sector.The RoleYou will advise a range of healthcare clients on a broad variety of commercial matters, including:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contractsAdvising on contractual arrangements and commercial agreementsSupporting clients with procurement and regulatory mattersAdvising on a range of commercial and operational issuesWorking closely with clients to provide practical and commercially focused adviceDeveloping strong and lasting client relationshipsSupporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the teamYou will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own work and gain significant client exposure, whilst working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.The CandidateApplications are welcomed from Commercial Solicitors with 2+ years' PQE and strong experience gained within a commercial practice.Healthcare experience would be advantageous but is not essential, and applications will be considered from lawyers with relevant commercial experience gained in private practice or in-house.You will have:Strong commercial and contractual experienceExcellent drafting and negotiation skillsStrong communication and client relationship skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailA proactive and commercially focused approachThe ability to manage a varied workload and work to deadlinesThe confidence to take ownership of mattersAn interest in developing your client and business development skillsThe OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding team where you can develop your commercial expertise whilst advising clients within an interesting and specialist sector.With a strong client base, quality work and genuine opportunities to develop your profile, this role would suit a Commercial Solicitor looking for a move that offers both variety and long-term career progression.To apply contact Melanie Daly at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion quoting Job Ref: (5325).eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
