Private Client Lawyer 2+PQE, Derbyshire, c45,000 plus extensive benefits. The firm are seeking a compassionate and motivated Solicitor / Legal Executive, 2+ PQE, to join their Wills & Probate team, managing a varied caseload and supporting colleagues while delivering outstanding client care. You will manage your own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts. Alongside this, you will provide supervision to junior colleagues and contribute to the department’s continued success. Supervising and mentoring secretarial and junior fee earning staff, while delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships. Ensuring accurate billing, time recording and credit control and supporting the promotion and business development of the department.
