Quantity Surveyor required in HarlowGVR Solutions are currently representing an established main contractor, based in Essex/Hertfordshire, who are in the market for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Due to a positive increase in project workload and pipeline they are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join their team.As a business they work in the Education, Healthcare, Industrial and retails sectors providing refurbishment and fit out services.The Quantity Surveyor must have/be:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or construction related coursesMinimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying experienceExperience working for a main contractorExperience working refurbishment projectsExperience working on Schedule of rates contractsProven track record of delivering construction projectsExcellent communication and oral skillsStable employment historyHigh-performing individualVersatileExcellent time keeping skillsIf you are interested in the above Quantity Surveyor position, then please get in touch.
