The project is a mix of housing association and units for private sale and is over 120 units in size with a value of 20 million + and will be running until the start of 2017 with plenty of work in the pipeline.The project team consists of a QS that you will work with to ensure the contract is being run to budget and that all costs and variations are agreed before the work is carried out.
