The scheme is private led and will be selling at around 600 per sq ft.It is a complex scheme with several layers of planning and constructing and will require a Senior DM who has experience in both front end Development management and project delivery management.This role will suit an experienced DM who has either exposure to Regen schems as a regen manager/ DM or a more traditionally private led focused DM.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leader in this market.
