Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their estimating function with the appointment of an ambitious and commercially aware EstimatorThis opportunity would suit a established Estimator looking to take the next step in their careerResponsibilities:Preparing competitive and accurate tender submissionsReviewing specifications, drawings and tender documentationProducing take-offs and cost plansObtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotationsIdentifying commercial risks and value engineering opportunitiesAssisting with bid submissions and tender presentationsLiaising with operational, commercial and procurement teamsSupporting successful project handovers following contract awardAbout You: Previous estimating experience within construction, refurbishment, fit-out, building services or a specialist subcontracting environmentExperience pricing projects ranging from small works through to larger contract valuesStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailAbility to interpret drawings and technical documentationExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and estimating softwareWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
