Reference: HSJ _ Commercial Property Lawyer (3+ PQE) - ExeterHybrid WorkingSalary dependant on experienceOur client is a well-established, Legal 500 recognised regional firm with a strong reputation and longstanding presence in the Exeter and wider South West market.Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their highly regarded Real Estate team based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and successful team with both regional strength and a growing national client base.The RoleYou will be advising a broad and high-quality client base including regional and national businesses, developers, banks and landowners on a wide range of commercial property matters.Your caseload will include:Buying and selling freehold commercial propertiesLand acquisition and development workCommercial leases and landlord & tenant mattersSecured lending transactionsYou will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting ongoing growth, and working closely with an established network of professionals including surveyors, accountants and lenders.
