Project Manager45,000 - 65,000PermanentCentral London, LondonEnergyData CentresConrad Consulting are working with a leading construction and property consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their London team.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a major data centre client on technically complex projects within one of the fastest-growing areas of the built environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and the required quality standards.The RoleManage and coordinate projects on behalf of major clientsWork closely with clients, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholdersMonitor programme, costs, risks and project performanceCoordinate design and technical teamsAssist with procurement and contract administrationProvide regular project reporting and updates to clientsAbout YouYou will ideally have previous data centre experience, although candidates with experience in utilities, power, substations or complex MEP fit-out will also be considered.You should have strong communication and client-facing skills, together with a proven track record of delivering projects within a consultancy or similar professional environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking to develop their career on major, technically challenging projects.
