The role involves managing a mixed and varied caseload, with a strong focus on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters.The successful candidate will be accustomed to handling a high volume of work while consistently delivering exceptional client service.This opportunity would suit a solicitor with a minimum of three years' PQE and extensive experience across a broad range of Private Client matters. The individual will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a professional, client-focused approach.Key responsibilities include:Managing and developing an existing caseload of Private Client workBuilding and maintaining strong, profitable client relationshipsDelivering fee income targets and identifying service improvementsEnsuring compliance with professional standards including SRA and LexcelThe ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and confident working at pace, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
